Edisto Beach State Park is one of four oceanfront state parks in South Carolina, rich in Native American history. It offers 1,255 acres featuring 1.5 miles of beach, hiking and biking trails (including 4 miles of ADA accessible trails), and an Environmental Learning Center with exhibits on the island's natural history and the ACE Basin. Visitors can enjoy day-use activities like picnicking and fishing, or opt for overnight stays in furnished cabins or campsites. The park also serves as a nesting area for loggerhead sea turtles and is home to diverse wildlife.
