EBRPL functions as an educational, informational, recreational, and cultural center, offering diverse collections, programs, and outreach services, including bookmobiles and digital literacy training. The library provides public computers, meeting rooms, and a popular hotspot lending program, aiming to be a center for learning, knowledge, communication, and enjoyment for all residents.
