Allegheny RiverTrail Park (ARP), formerly known as Aspinwall Riverfront Park, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing community quality of life by providing free public access to parkland and multi-use trails along the Allegheny River. The organization is committed to riverfront revitalization and inclusive community engagement through recreational, educational, cultural, and social activities for a diverse population. ARP aims to be an independent, self-sustaining riverfront park that serves as a community treasure and a catalyst for trail expansion. The park is managed by an all-volunteer board of directors and dedicated leadership staff, with maintenance funded through earned income and private fundraising. It offers amenities such as a fishing dock, playground, dog park, and garden walks, and hosts regular programs and concerts.
