Join Bri for this experiential workshop exploring the power of intentional focus and the subtle ways our perspective influences what we see, feel, and believe. Through discussion, movement, and guided practice, you’ll learn how cultivating a clear point of focus can enhance both your yoga practice and your daily life.
Together, we’ll explore common postures such as Forward Folds, Downward Dog, Side Twists, Upward Facing Dog, and Warrior II, learning how specific Drishti points can support greater stability, awareness, confidence, and concentration.
This workshop is designed to help you move beyond distraction and reconnect with the present moment through the simple yet transformative practice of focused attention.
