This Hiking & Yoga Summer Series invites you to step outside the studio and experience your practice in a whole new way. Time spent outdoors can help reduce stress, improve mood, and create a deeper sense of grounding and connection.
Practicing yoga in nature offers its own unique experience—the fresh air, uneven ground, changing environment, and sounds of the outdoors invite us to stay present, adaptable, and fully engaged.
Each gathering includes a moderate hike (approximately 2.5 miles), a full outdoor yoga practice, and a hike back out together. These experiences are designed to help you slow down, connect with community, and enjoy the beauty of Wyoming summer.
Please bring:
• Water
• Sunscreen
• Yoga mat
• Comfortable hiking shoes/clothing

$15 or class pass/membership
