Monthly Planning & Coordination Meeting (Online)

Please join us for our monthly planning and coordination meeting. This is a working meeting focused on reviewing current events and collaboratively planning upcoming gatherings, with primary attention on October 2026 programming.
All are welcome to attend, whether or not you are a WVCUUPS member. This meeting is intended for those who have ideas, want to help shape future gatherings, or are interested in volunteering or supporting our events.
During this session, we will:
- Check in on current and upcoming events to ensure planning is on track
- Review September gatherings and logistics
- Collaborate on planning and scheduling October gatherings
- Discuss longer-range event needs where relevant
- Consider what types of gatherings and events would best serve the community in the coming months
This meeting functions similarly to a board-style planning session, with an emphasis on coordination, transparency, and shared decision-making.
Most follow-up communication, coordination, and collaboration will continue in our Discord server. Shared planning documents are maintained in our Google Drive.
