Description: This all-levels yoga class is a gentle, soulful pause at the end of your day. Guided by breath and intuitive movement, we’ll move through a nourishing blend of Vinyasa and Yin to release tension, soften the body, and restore balance. When weather allows, we’ll practice outdoors, connecting with the elements. Incense is often lit to set the tone. Come dressed comfortably with an open heart. Yoga mats and all necessary props are available at Womanspace for anyone who would like to use them.
