Benjamin Franklin Circle

Winfield Public Library’s Benjamin Franklin Circle will meet at 9:30am on Thursday, August 20 to discuss the virtue humility. Benjamin Franklin Circles bring people together to address two goals: to help improve ourselves and to help improve our world. Based on his own model of a “mutual-improvement club,” the Circles meet regularly and use Franklin’s classic 13 virtues to spark discussion about who members want to be and what they want to contribute to the world. The meeting is free and open to all. The Virtues: Sincerity, Justice, Humility, Silence, Order, Resolution, Frugality, Temperance, Industry, Moderation, Cleanliness, Chastity, TranquilityPlease note: August's meeting will be held in the Discovery Room
