The Throwback Thursday Film Series screens a variety of classic and contemporary movies for an adult audience. All films are shown in the Williamsburg Library Theatre. Scott gives an Oscar-winning performance in this superb film about the WWII experiences of Army General George S. Patton. Winner of seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Director, Script, and Cinematography, the film was directed by Franklin J. Schaffner and costars Karl Malden and Stephen Young. 2 hrs., 52 min.
