"Birth of a Nation" July 1 Concert

The West River Winds Community Band is joining forces with the Bismarck Mandan Civic Chorus to present an exciting, stirring, and fun concert to honor and celebrate our nation's 250th birthday.
Directors Dr. John Darling, Dr. Tom Porter, and Abelardo Flores, as well as members of the band, choir, and volunteer choir members, have put together a concert full of lively patriotic tunes that everyone knows, as well as some powerful and even emotional music that may be less familiar, but equally amazing.
Join us in the beautiful (and air-conditioned) Mandan High School Auditorium at 7:30pm on July 1 to kick off the 4th of July festivities and celebrate our country.
Concert is free and open to the public, though we will be taking free will donations to help support the organizations.
