Teen Hangout: Sock Puppets with artist Megan Tribble

At Teen Hangout this summer, teens can connect with each other and take part in teen-only activities on Tuesdays from 12:30-2PM, June 30-August 18. Practice sewing and other techniques to create your own friendly (or not) puppet with artist Megan Tribble . Registration recommended. Sponsored by the Friends of the Shelton Timberland Library. July 21 - Book Binding with artist Megan Tribble Learn basic bookbinding skills by creating your own blank sketchbook. Registration recommended. July 28 - Make a Tunnel Book with artist Megan Tribble Explore drawing and paper cutting to create a tunnel book. Registration recommended. August 4 - Be a Kid Again Ever want to just be a kid again? Bring a stuffed animal and connect with your inner child and read picture books, build a fort, and blow bubbles! August 11 - Color, Doodle, or Draw Use our art supplies and relax while you color, doodle, or draw and meet fellow artists!
