Plant Camp - Houseplants for Beginners 6/6

This class is part of The Secret Garden's Plant Camp, a blend of educational and craft classes with a focus on plants and gardening. These classes are meant to help you learn valuable skills and fun facts, while exploring new botanical hobbies.
Join Natalia in the classroom on Saturday June 6th from 10:15-11:15am for the first class of this summer's Plant Basics series. This educational class is perfect for beginners looking for general houseplant care information, or for anyone who wants to buff up their plant knowledge.
In this crash course on houseplants we will cover:
-General care: light requirements, watering, fertilizing etc.
-Diagnosing problems: pest and disease management
-Pruning and propagation
-Techniques to keep your indoor plants thriving!
Every student will receive an informational handout sheet packed full of plant knowledge with space to write notes. You'll also receive a 4" houseplant to take home and practice your new skills on. PLUS you'll receive a 15% off in-store coupon good for purchases made the day of your workshop! Sign up for the companion craft class, "Beaded Plant Hanger" that follows at 11:30am to make a beaded plant hanger to display your new houseplant and you’ll go home with a complete set up!
As with all workshops, we do not offer refunds or store credit for cancellations made within 48hrs of the workshop. This includes requests for a gift card. Class will be held indoors with a max occupancy of 20 registered participants. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate unpaid guests.
