Yoga and Surf Retreat in Nicaragua

Spend a week in a beautiful tropical paradise, learning to surf, enjoying local food and culture, and unwinding with yoga. The retreat includes:
Mindful Movement
Yoga 3x daily in a variety of styles, led by excellent teachers
Surfing
Two 1-hour group surf lessons on the beach and in the water
Unlimited daily access to the on-site surfboard quiver (with varying sizes/types of boards, wax, and equipment available)
Food and Beverage
Four chef-prepared locally sourced meals daily (vegan, vegetarian, and GF available)
Drinks (water, coffee, tea, local fresh juices, and Pepsi products)
Dranks (cocktails, mocktails, beers, wine, hard seltzers, and smoothies)
Transportation, Accommodations, and Logistics
Seven nights at Coco Loco Eco Resort
Transportation to and from the Managua airport (approx 3.5 hours)
15% Nicaraguan tax

Optional Excursions with transportation from Coco Loco (varies locally, but some examples of previous excursions have been Volcano Boarding, Volcano Hiking, Artisanal Chocolate-Making Classes, Massages, Wake-Boarding, *not included but available for purchase)

Shuttle from Managua to Coco Loco Eco Resort (El Viejo) on January 2
Shuttle from Coco Loco Eco Resort (El Viejo) to Managua on January 9
Fly home on January 10
Please plan to arrive in Managua on January 1 and check into the airport hotel. On the morning of January 2, we’ll take the 3.5-hour shuttle to beautiful Coco Loco. After some free time to settle in, we'll share a meal and set intentions.
With the beach, the yoga shala, and the pool no more than a two-minute walk away, each day will be a perfect balance of you-time and group-time. There will be opportunities for surfing, yoga, swimming, relaxing in a hammock or lounger, reading, taking a workshop or class, reflecting, enjoying alone time, and community time at various points throughout the day. We will eat delicious meals together at Coco Loco's beautiful outdoor restaurant by the pool, listening to the sounds of ocean waves.
