Insight Meditation: Thursday Evening Sangha

Join us for a transformative experience that combines Insight Meditation and Recovery Dharma every Thursday evening. The session features guided meditation, a Dharma talk, and group discussions, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners. Led by TBC teacher and author Robert Brumet, participants will engage in deepening their understanding of Buddhist teachings and the cessation of suffering while sharing sacred time in meditation.

Additionally, Recovery Dharma embraces a peer-led, non-theistic approach to recovery grounded in Buddhist principles. This program is inclusive and welcomes anyone seeking recovery, regardless of their addiction. Meetings are held every Thursday at 7:00 PM in the Myrtle Fillmore Chapel and virtually on Zoom.
