Reiki I with Stephanie

Join Reiki I with Stephanie, a hands-on healing training that invites you to connect with Source and divine love, rooted in Christ consciousness—an unconditional state of love and compassion. This class is designed for those who wish to approach Reiki as a practice of alignment with love, light, and the Divine. Participants will learn foundational Reiki techniques, including traditional hand positions, and will receive an attunement to enhance their ability to access Reiki for personal and communal healing. The training also covers basic chakra information without going into depth, so it is recommended to complete the Introduction to Chakras class beforehand.

In this session, you'll gain skills for self-care and support in healing friends and family, setting the stage for an expanded practice in Level II and teaching in Level III. Under the guidance of certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master, Stephanie—who trained with Diane Stein, author of Essential Reiki—you will cultivate emotional release, inner peace, and a deeper connection to the Divine. This class is $40, but if cost is a concern, please reach out to Stephanie. Completion of Reiki I grants you access to monthly Reiki Circles, enriching your heart-centered healing journey.
