**Community Threads @ STL: Monthly Mending and Crafting Circle**
Join us for Community Threads @ STL, where it's time to chat, craft, and get to know your community! This monthly mending and sewing circle invites you to bring your textiles or craft supplies, or you can use our sewing materials. Whether you have hole-filled socks to repair or a new alteration project, this is the perfect space for you. Enjoy sewing machines, fabric, thread, and hot tea while working on any textile project—any craft is welcome, although we will primarily provide sewing supplies.
The event is not structured as a class but rather as a co-working space with experienced menders available for advice. Can't make it this month? We'll meet on the second weekend of each month: the second Sunday at the NE Seattle Tool Library and the second Saturday at the Shoreline Tool Library.
**Accessibility:** The venue is wheelchair accessible with an ADA-compliant all-gender restroom. While we don’t provide non-English or ASL interpreters, attendees are welcome to bring their own. Please reach out to us with any accessibility requests.
**Getting There:** The venue is accessible via King County Metro bus Rapid Ride E Line on Aurora Ave N and N 165th. It’s also bike-friendly, located one block from the Interurban Trail, with a bike rack available. For those driving, there’s an asphalt parking lot for up to 20 cars, including one ADA van accessible space. Come mend with us and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere!
