Details:
Delaware Health and Social Services will have a representative from the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health at the library from 10am-12pm. They provide Narcan training, Wound Care kits, Deterra, referral for mental health and substance abuse treatment, assistance with Medicaid and food stamp applications and state issued identification cards
