Opposites Abstract invites visitors to delve into the intriguing concept of opposites through playful, hands-on activities inspired by Mo Willems’ book. Families can engage with large-scale artwork and experiment with contrasting ideas like light and dark, fast and slow, and more, fostering curiosity and self-expression in an open-ended environment designed for children ages 4 to 14.

Simultaneously, celebrate 11 years of play at the Amazeum’s Birthday Block Party. This vibrant, block-themed STEAM celebration encourages creativity, movement, and imagination through a variety of hands-on experiences that challenge conventional notions of what blocks can be. Attendees can build, create, and experiment at their own pace, uniting art, engineering, and joyful exploration.
