They can assist you with basic tech issues, such as: Setting up an email account, composing & sending emails, using email attachments Web searches and basic data entry Learning the basics of Microsoft Word and Excel and web-based productivity software such as Google docs Using the library's pay-for-print and photocopy machines Downloading apps on your phone or tablet And much more!
