Additional Info: Classes are limited to the first 15 attendees to arrive. Comfortable clothing is recommended. No special equipment required. During June and July, Tai Chi classes will be held Wednesdays at 2:30p to accommodate the Summer Lunches program. Classes will resume being held Wednesdays at 12:30p beginning in August.
Tai Chi is a slow-moving, mind-body exercise that can be practiced by anyone, anywhere. It improves breathing and balance, increases strength, and decreases stress. Join us as we follow along to an instructional video from Dr. Adam Potts, PT.
