13th Annual Youth Ministry Golf Tournament

For the thirteenth year, we invite our local golfers to join us to support and help fund our efforts for youth ministry. This annual event helps to defray the expenses of our annual Confirmation retreat for our high school students preparing for this important sacrament. It also helps fund summer outings to perform ministry to agencies in need. And it helps the Jackie Gray Scholarship Fund. Jackie was very involved in our youth ministry, and loved sharing her faith and helping others to discover their faith too. Jackie was taken too early from us on July 4, 2016 in a tragic accident. Nonetheless, we remember her vibrant spirit, her strong faith, and that she is forever young. Our theme is now in her memory, "Her light shines on!" The golf outing is held at Shining Rock Country Club in Northbridge with a 1 pm shotgun start. It includes a box lunch, golf cart, fees, and a BBQ Buffet dinner to finish the day. During the day, there are specials at different holes, a prize for a hole in one, a spin your luck wheel, mulligans, and other surprises along with a raffle and auction at dinner. Each foursome plays off the best shot and their are prizes for the longest drive, longest putt, etc. Sponsors are appreciated for raffle prizes, sponsoring holes and corporate sponsors for the day.
