Friday night Come 'unity' ecstatic dance

Sacred Embodiment Sanctuary is a new business downtown main Street. Our vision is for community building , creative expression, the movement and sound arts/healing.

Friday nights are geared towards a sober/conscious gathering for those looking for connection and to experience a beautiful movement and sound journey. Ecstatic dance is a freeform/meditative style of dancing where we are encouraged to let go of judgements,fear and explore getting into our bodies and really feeling/allowing all the emotions to flow freely.

Guided warm up starts at 6, followed by 2 hours of blissful movement to a deeply engaging playset. Flow toys,lights are welcome.

At 830 we will enter into a nourishing sound bath with crystal bowls leading the way.
