Young Adult Book Tasting Sci-Fi Sushi Bar

Join Mrs. Sarah on the fourth Friday at 4:30pm, and grab a taste of what other young adults are reading. Bring your own book and share a bite. Who knows? Your book could be the next “Top Shelf.” Young adults ages 18-21 welcome. Teens 16-18 welcome with parent consent.

Young adult participants will enjoy a dessert sushi roll as they share basic story elements of self-selected science fiction titles with the goal of marketing the book to other readers. The most interesting science fiction title will be awarded “Top Shelf,” and will be on display in the young adult section for the following month.
