CANCELED: Life & Legacy Planning Workshop

An interactive, culturally responsive program provided by LifeNet, exploring planning, preparedness, and personal decision-making across the lifespan. Sessions are tailored for a general adult audience, designed to be respectful, inclusive, and non-directive, and encourage thoughtful, empowering conversation. The leading topic is organ and tissue donation with subtopics that include but are not limited to long-term care planning, life insurance, and advance directives.

LifeNet is a nonprofit organization that specializes in organ donation and tissue banking for transplants and related technology.

The presenter, Kia White, MPH is a public health practitioner with extensive experience in program planning and evaluation, community health education, culturally responsive engagement, and public health program implementation. She has facilitated numerous educational sessions across nonprofit, healthcare, and community settings and is skilled at presenting complex topics in clear, respectful, and audience-centered ways.
