In the first half of the class, engage in a dynamic flow that harmonizes breath and movement, focusing on core strengthening, balance challenges, and flexibility—a workout that energizes and grounds you. As you transition into the second half, we shift to the calming embrace of yin yoga, where you’ll hold deep stretches and connect with your body on a deeper level, inviting you to release tension and find stillness.
