Step into the shift of the season with this grounding and nourishing Ayurveda + Yoga class designed to support your transition from spring into summer.
This 75-minute experience begins with a short, approachable introduction to Ayurveda—the sister science of yoga—and how its seasonal wisdom can help you feel more balanced, energized, and aligned in your everyday life. From there, we’ll move into a gentle, intentional yoga practice designed to complement the qualities of the season, supporting your body through mindful movement, breath, and awareness.
Ayurveda teaches us that as nature changes, so should we. By adjusting how we move, eat, and live with the seasons, we can reduce imbalance, support digestion and energy, and feel more at ease in our bodies. When paired with yoga, this becomes a powerful, practical way to care for both your physical and mental well-being.
Practicing in community adds another layer of nourishment—creating connection, shared experience, and a sense of grounding that extends beyond the mat. We’ll close the evening with a seasonal snack and drink, offering a simple, tangible way to integrate what you’ve learned and honor the transition together.
