Get started a few weeks early with this two week pre-season option. Our instructor will lead you in a routine that will include some aerobic work, stretching, and strengthening movements. The water supports your body and provides resistance. Come enjoy the morning in the warm waters of Colvill Aquatic Center and kick the summer off early.
