Join us for our revitalizing Yoga Series, featuring 50-minute classes every Tuesday at 9:15 AM, led by certified instructor Christina Teofilak. Designed for all experience levels, these sessions focus on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation and balance. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level! A small fee of $5 is introduced for the Yoga series, payable online or in person on the day of the event, to help cover costs and maintain the quality of our programs. Please register for each session you plan to attend and bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the library. Occasionally, classes may be relocated outdoors when the weather permits. If you are interested in sponsoring a participant, please contact us for more information. Prepare to stretch, breathe, and find your balance!
