The Virtual Mommies Moods Group, led by Dr. Lauren Meisels, offers free Zoom support sessions addressing maternal mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and the transition to motherhood during the pandemic. Additional in-person classes at Harvest Farm cover essential baby feeding topics, from prenatal nutrition to transitioning to solid foods, including sessions on breastfeeding and newborn feeding basics. Both initiatives emphasize mother-care and provide valuable resources for new moms navigating this exciting yet challenging journey.
