There is a direct relationship between how we breathe and our overall well-being, encompassing our energy, emotions, mental state, and physical health. Proper breathing enhances the introduction of oxygen into the body and the removal of carbon dioxide, allowing us to access a state of peace and quiet, deep within. Proper breathing is vital to our health, mental focus, and sense of calm.
Join instructor Larissa Noto as she guides you through a series of breathing exercises. You will leave this class with an accompanying handout that includes each of the breath techniques, as well as additional resources, to help you weave the art of mindful breathing into your everyday life.
