We will take a mindful walk at the beautiful Wahautchie boulders, pausing to engage in gentle breathing exercises, quiet reflection, and sensory awareness practices. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," this experience is designed to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate a profound sense of peace.
