Crow Creek: Birding by Kayak

Perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this trip blends relaxing outdoor recreation with exceptional birdwatching opportunities in a peaceful and picturesque setting. Plan to spend approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water and bring a “trail lunch” to enjoy along the way.
Wildlife sightings are a highlight of this experience. Paddlers may encounter a wide variety of waterfowl and birds, including mallards, coots, cormorants, northern pintails, green-winged teal, and Canada geese. Keep an eye out for great blue herons, belted kingfishers, and even migrating white pelicans. Lucky visitors might also spot green herons or the striking red-headed woodpecker.
