Strong, steady, and purposeful. This 45-minute strength-focused class moves at a slower pace to help you lift heavier and build lasting strength. You’ll work through 8 stations with 4 minutes of guided effort at each, using a mix of weights and resistance tools to train your full body safely and effectively. All levels welcome. Sarah Kogod Sarah has been a dedicated member of the Zweet Sport community for years, bringing a genuine love for movement, strength, and consistency into everything she does. Her personal fitness journey has been rooted in building strength, confidence, and resilience — both physically and mentally — and she’s passionate about helping others feel strong and capable in their own bodies. As an instructor, Sarah leads with energy, intention, and encouragement, creating classes that are challenging, approachable, and empowering. We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability.
