Strong, steady, and purposeful. This 30-minute strength-focused class moves at a slower pace to help you lift heavier and build lasting strength. You’ll work through 8 stations with 3 minutes of guided effort at each, using a mix of weights and resistance tools to train your full body safely and effectively. All levels welcome. Brittany Jagers Brittany has always been passionate about fitness, but her consistency and dedication to wellness deepened after overcoming severe depression. Fitness transformed her life and became an essential part of her mental, emotional, and physical well-being. That experience shaped the way she coaches today. Brittany believes movement should feel empowering, accessible, and supportive no matter where someone is in their journey. Her favorite part of coaching is helping clients build confidence while discovering strength they didn’t realize they had. With a background in strength training, athletic conditioning, and Pilates, Brittany blends intentional movement with functional training to help clients feel strong, balanced, and connected to their bodies. Brittany is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Balanced Body Pilates Certified, Pre/Postnatal Certified, HYROX Instructor, and CPR/AED Certified. We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
