Allison Feikes Allison never saw herself as an athlete—until 2015, when at 24 she challenged herself to run just one mile a day. That single mile sparked a passion that led her to the 2019 Chicago Marathon and a love for a variety of fitness disciplines. Certified as a spin instructor since 2018, she has taught at studios across the DMV, meeting riders wherever they are in their journey. Known for her motivating energy, Allison is committed to making sure every rider leaves class feeling strong, accomplished, and inspired. A proud Swiftie, she also loves a good throwback ride to the hits of the ’90s and ’00s. Outside the studio, Allison has built a career in education policy, working on and off Capitol Hill. She lives in Alexandria with her husband, Seth, and their corgi, Gnocchi. We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
