Paul Nunley A former captain of his college fencing team, this New Jersey native now inspires and leads others to reach their fitness potential on the bike. When Paul takes the podium, you can expect a challenging ride motivating you to unleash your inner athlete. Serious on the bike (but a goofball at heart!) , his team mentality leaves riders feeling stronger, together. He’s hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro—so expect to feel a surge of power and pride after tackling his climbs. Paul brings the heat with an eclectic mix of pop, throwbacks, and EDM. Outside of the studio, Paul enjoys being a Del Ray dad, running a small business, and hunting down a damn good pizza (the real deal, NY style) . We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
