The Art & Science of Recovering Shorebird Populations Photography Exhibit Reception

Join us for "The Art & Science of Recovering Shorebird Populations" photography exhibit at the Osterville Village Library (43 Wianno Ave, Osterville, MA) from June 1 to the end of August. This exhibit features 30 stunning photographs captured across the Western Hemisphere, showcasing the vital work to recover imperiled shorebird populations. Each image tells a story of migration, resilience, and the dedicated people protecting these extraordinary birds.

A special reception will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, from 5:00–7:00 PM, where attendees can meet the photographers, hear the compelling stories behind their work, and enjoy an exclusive viewing of the exhibit. This collection is dedicated to Shiloh Schulte, a devoted conservationist and contributing photographer who tragically lost his life in June 2025 while conducting research in Alaska. His significant contributions to shorebird science and his deep passion for these birds are reflected in the extraordinary photographs within the exhibit.
