(SRP Registration Required) *Black Ash Basket Class with Rae

Join us for the *Black Ash Bracelet Class with Rae Skenandore*, an engaging introductory workshop that invites participants aged 10 and older to create a black ash bracelet while exploring the cultural significance of black ash basketry. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to participate alongside their children or grandchildren. This class has a maximum of 12 participants, and each individual must register separately. Please note that registration for the Summer Reading Program (SRP) is required, and all sign-ups must be done at the library. A special thanks to Yawʌʔkó, the First Peoples Fund, and the Rooted Pathways grant program for supporting this initiative, which fosters opportunities for families to learn, create, and reconnect together.
