RACE AVENUE CRITERIUM
Father’s Day Weekend | Saturday, June 20
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
400 Race Avenue / Buchanan Park – Lancaster, PA
The Race Avenue Criterium is one of Lancaster’s longest-running cycling traditions, with roots dating back to the 1980s. What began as a local amateur race has hosted some incredible moments in American cycling history—including the U.S. National Criterium Championships in 1985 and the Women’s French National Team in 1994.
Racers take on a fast, technical one-mile circuit in Lancaster City’s West End, while spectators enjoy a full day of high-energy racing and community celebration. Multiple races run throughout the day, making this a perfect Father’s Day Weekend event for cycling fans and families alike.
New this year: Race Avenue is proud to partner with the Peyton Walker Foundation through their Huddle for Hearts initiative—helping raise awareness and support for life-saving AED placement and cardiac safety in our communities.
