Cave Sound Bathing at Olentangy Caverns (yes, inside the cave!)

Join us for the unique Cave Sound Bathing experience at the historic Olentangy Caverns, once a refuge for the Wyandotte tribe. Hosted by hOm, these monthly sound baths will take place every second Friday from May through October, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the deep, rich history and energy of the cave. Please note that space is limited, so secure your spot soon!

Upon arrival, enjoy free parking in the gravel lot, and enter through the "Cave Entrance." Be prepared for a descent down multiple flights of stairs into the cavern, where conditions may be damp and muddy, so dress accordingly. The cave is significantly cooler than the outside temperature, so layering is recommended. While we will provide some tarps to sit on, please bring your own mat and a headrest like a pillow or rolled towel for comfort during the sound bath.
