Details:
Join us for a captivating 25-minute FAMILY STORYTIME event, where children ages 5 and younger, along with their caregivers, can enjoy patriotic-themed stories, songs, and movement activities at the Pine Valley Library. This engaging program incorporates the five essential early literacy practices: SINGING, TALKING, READING, WRITING, and PLAYING to foster early literacy skills. No registration is required; just bring a blanket or towel to sit on. Following storytime, families can enjoy free play outdoors. Please note, if the weather is unfavorable or the temperature drops below a 40-degree wind chill, the event will take place indoors. At the Northeast Library, a similar family storytime experience is offered, where families arriving after room capacity is reached will be directed to the interactive play space and recommended books.
