Discover Greylock Hike

Join the **Discover Greylock Hike** for a unique outdoor experience at Mount Greylock, perfect for ages 8 and older. This free hike, limited to 12 participants and requiring registration, is led by a Park Interpreter who will guide you through the diverse flora, fauna, and distinctive features of the area. Participants will have the opportunity to observe wildlife and seasonal changes along easy to moderate trails, with discussions on outdoor stewardship, bear awareness, cultural history, and a family-friendly scavenger hunt. The hike, lasting 2-3 hours, may involve muddy trails with rocks and roots, so be prepared with sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and it's advised to bring drinking water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, and binoculars; trekking poles are also recommended.
