Creative Inspirations: Artists and Authors of Greylock

Join us for "Creative Inspirations: Artists and Authors of Greylock," a FREE program recommended for ages 12 and older, featuring a captivating slide show presentation by Mike Whalen from the Mass. Department of Conservation and Recreation. This event will explore the significant contributions of renowned artists and authors such as Herman Melville, Henry David Thoreau, J.K. Rowling, Thomas Cole, and Walter Pasko, who have profoundly influenced the public perception of Mount Greylock. Attendees are encouraged to share their own artistic inspirations from the stunning Berkshire Hills. The program will last 60 minutes and will take place inside Bascom Lodge at the summit of Mount Greylock. Please note that pre-registration is required due to limited space, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
