Details:
All are welcome, whether you are new to sitting meditation or have experience and would like to practice in community. We’ll begin with a brief time to say hello and get settled, followed by a twenty-minute period of seated silence. Afterward, participants are welcome to socialize and share reflections if they wish. Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to sit on the floor, and you are also welcome to bring a yoga mat and or cushion.
