Teleservices Specialist: Employment, Health, and Social Support

The Teleservices Specialist and Delaware First Health are hosting a collaborative outreach event every Tuesday and Thursday to support the local community, particularly the Haitian community. A teleservices specialist will be available on-site, offering first-come, first-served assistance with various needs, including employment guidance, resume support, help with Delaware ASSIST applications (Medicaid and SNAP benefits), housing and food resources, computer assistance, financial coaching through StandByMe, and information on other DHSS agencies. Additionally, the specialist can provide referrals to partner organizations.

For those requiring a more private setting, a secure appointment space is available for telehealth sessions, job interviews, legal consultations, and more, equipped with a laptop, high-speed internet, and soundproofing for confidentiality.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by, speak with Thomas from Delaware First Health, and learn about resources available to them. Walk-ins are welcomed!
