Author Patrick Lombardi has been around the food truck circuit for nearly a decade, covering a wide range of events as well as gourmet food trucks for online publication BestofNJ.com. He used this experience when putting together his second book: The New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook. Lombardi will be sharing helpful kitchen tips and his favorite recipes from his book. While there will be no food truck present, Patrick will be sharing samples of Brownie Bar's non-gingerbread cookies!
