Slow down and settle into the landscape with a gentle Tai Chi flow guided by a certified instructor. This outdoor session blends simple, accessible movements with quiet moments of 'forest bathing' to help you notice what's around you—light, breeze, birdsong, and the feel of the trail underfoot. Movements draw inspiration from nature, offering a grounded way to build balance, calm, and steady energy. No experience is needed; the instructor will assess the needs of the group and plan the outdoor experience accordingly. Registration requested; drop-ins welcome. Participants meet outside of the Pleasant Valley visitor center. Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Expect to travel up to a mile over Pleasant Valley trails; the instructor can make accommodations for mobility needs on a case-by-case basis.
