Tween Video Gaming: Mario Kart

To ensure fair access for as many families as possible, please read the registration guidelines for this program. One Session Per Week: Patrons may register for only one session of this program per week. Duplicate Registrations: Registrations for more than one session in the same week will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide equitable access to this popular program. Join us at the library as we host a Mario Kart Tournament. For each round of racing the top players will move forward in the brackets until we have our ultimate Mario Kart champion. Registration for Tween Video Gaming: Mario Kart will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday, July 8th for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Wednesday, July 15th for residents of other municipalities. Cancellations- Please check your email prior to departing to verify that the program has not been cancelled. Library Program PoliciesNo Show – Patrons failing to cancel their registration for more than 2 library programs in a month will be restricted from registering for future programs for a period of one month’s time. Please cancel your registrations at least 2 hours prior to the start of the program to allow for those on the waiting list to be notified of their change in registration status. Late Arrivals – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the program to allow for parking and other circumstances. The program will begin promptly at the designated time. At this time, your spot will be forfeited to those on the wait list who will be granted entry. If spots remain, registrants may be allowed into the program. However, registrants will not be permitted to enter the program 5 minutes past the start time. Drop Off Program – This program is intended for children from ages 10 to 12 years who can participate independently. Adult(s) must be present to check in child with youth services staff prior to program. Adults will not be allowed in the event space. Check In - All participants must provide an emergency contact number upon registration or at the start of the program. Designated Ages – Please adhere to the age restrictions designated on your registration. Only children in that age range will be admitted.
