Main Street Family Services is offering free drop-in therapy for anyone struggling with mental health stability, stress, or feelings of overwhelm. These services are completely confidential, require no appointment, and are available on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. A licensed therapist will be present to provide support.
