Join the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC), a dedicated group of parents and caregivers from the community committed to voicing the needs and experiences of families served by our programs. As a PAC member, you will collaborate with staff to enhance offerings and ensure they meet community needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Advocate for Families:** Act as a liaison between Family Resource Center staff and families to effectively share resources and support services.
- **Provide Resources:** Identify and organize beneficial resources such as workshops and counseling.
- **Develop Outreach:** Create strategies to engage families and raise awareness about available resources and programs.
- **Plan Events:** Organize informative and supportive events aligned with our mission.
- **Lead Volunteers:** Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for various programs and activities.
- **Evaluate Programs:** Track family participation and feedback for continuous improvement.

**Time Commitment:** One meeting per month (2 hours). Dinner and childcare are provided!
